    Community Bank of Nevada: Chris Jolley, VP & IT Manager
    Chris Jolley is the VP, IT Manager for Community Bancorp, the holding company for Community Bank of Nevada and Community Bank of Arizona.  He is a member of the Technology Advisory Committee for Western Independent Bankers and has over 12 years experience in Information Technology for the financial services industry.  Over the past two years he has overseen the implementation of virtualization technologies that have reduced costs, improved efficiencies, and improved recovery times.

    Claims Servicing of America: Albert Vasquez, Server and Storage Ops Manager
    Albert Vasquez, MCSE/MCSA is the Storage & Server Operations manager for CSA, a medical claims and billing processing company with 10 remote offices networked via MPLS and Enhanced Ethernet. He has worked in IT for over 12 years in diverse industries from higher education and government to entertainment and healthcare. Over the last 15 months, Albert has virtualized 80% of CSA’s 140 servers, resulting in a significant reduction in power, cooling, and operational costs.

    Andrew Scafidi is the Communications Manager for Stephens Media, parent of the Las Vegas Review-Journal. He has over fifteen years of IT experience. Previously, he worked in the hospitality industry with Station Casinos and opened the Resort at Summerlin, now the JW Marriott. At Stephens Media, he helped build a new tier 2 Data Center in Las Vegas and implemented VoIP for newspapers across the country.

Virtualization: Joe Honan, Janalent

Joe Honan is the Co-Founder and Vice President of Solutions for Janalent -- the southwest’s leading Microsoft Infrastructure consulting solutions provider, and 2008 Microsoft Global Partner of the Year finalist award winner.

He brings over 15 years experience in building cost effective, strategic, business and technology solutions for Fortune 500 organizations. He is responsible for the creation of Janalent’s solutions business strategy and global consulting solutions delivery quality. Joe is an internationally known expert with experience in designing and leading complex, multi-national technology implementation and migration initiatives across five continents. Joe is a recognized expert around VMWare and Microsoft virtualization and management of enterprise environments.

Disaster Recovery: Panos Hawandjian, e2e Recovery

Panos Hawandjian is an independent consultant with nearly a decade of experience in Microsoft servers and applications utilized by large enterprises. He previously worked as an enterprise architect for a large California-based financial institution, where he focused on multiple enterprise architecture functions such as disaster recovery and business continuity.

Hawandjian has also architected automated platforms for release management functions as well as for virtual machine provisioning. Through these experiences, he has helped companies sustain operations during tough economic times, when many workforces are being cut.

Hawandjian has a holistic knowledge of data centers and application recovery, as well as a broad knowledge of systems infrastructure. Many of his projects involve architecting a platform for recovery of virtual and physical servers, storage, and networks by utilizing replication tools, data center automation tools, dependency mapping, and data protection solutions. He currently consults in the data protection and disaster recovery area, assisting organizations in enhancing and delivering business continuity and backup solutions, cost effectively, with ease and control.

Redundant Network Design: Brett Lewis, 1Velocity

Brett Lewis has more than 17 years of senior telecommunications management experience. As CTO, director, and co-founder of 1Velocity, he is responsible for network strategy, development and delivery of 1Velocity's wide range of solutions.

Prior to joining 1Velocity, Brett was a founder and CEO of BDPhonics, where he designed and built the first all-wireless hotel system in California. Prior to BD Phonics, Brett was manager of technical services and system integration for USA Capital. Brett expanded the corporate network to over eight locations in three states consolidating voice data and media services.

Brett served as the President and CTO of Cymphonic Systems. At Cymphonic, Brett was in charge of all company operations and developed the first hosted VOIP company in the United States in order to provide complete telecommunications infrastructure and IP services to businesses.

Brett was a Senior Systems Integrator and Network Operations Manager for Tele-Servicing Innovations. At Tele-Servicing he designed a unified call center and management system, servicing over 400 employees in six call center branch offices located throughout Idaho and Colorado. From 1988 to 1993, Brett served in the United States Marine Corps with significant emphasis on telecommunications.
